What is Charmeuse Silk?

Charmeuse silk, unlike Mulberry silk, refers to a particular weaving style, not the fabric type. The Charmeuse weave is ultra-smooth and fluid, creating a liquifying, shiny surface and a gentle matte underside. It's a luxurious weave constructed when the top threads wrap and cross over the backing weft threads. Great for year-round use and wear - ensuring that you'll never want to take it off.
